Cornelia Vollmar, born in 1969, Heilpraktikerin / alternative practitioner since 2006
Studies and training in Classic Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the AGTCMs training center west / August-Brodde-Schule, Wuppertal. Degree: AGTCM diploma.
Internship with a team of Chinese doctors from Nanjing University at the Malta State Hospital Mater Dei and at the Mediterranean Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Initially I studied economics and languages and worked for 18 years in tourism. Through my education in various fields I realized how important and beneficial a balanced energy flow is to keep body and mind centered. These include Reiki, breathexperience and Pilates, as well as Brain Gym, the Dorn method and the Breuss massage technique.
My experience in these methods ultimately led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
I am a member of
- Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Klassische Akupunktur und Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin e. V. (Working Committee for Classical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine; membership corporation)
- Freie Heilpraktiker e.V. Berufs- und Fachverband (Independent Alternative Practitioners Professional Institution)
Besides English, I speak Spanish and French. In both languages I have a good working knowledge. In case you feel more comfortable speaking Spanish or French I am confident that I will understand what you tell me even if my active vocabulary has gotten a bit rusty.
